I have a tub with a single Kohler handle that needs to be fixed

I have a tub with a single Kohler handle control that needs to be fixed. I have reatached the handle many times. Can someone suggest a repair service near willimantic CT please. I already tried rotorooter and the screwed it up more. |||try contacting Kohler directly

usually the single kohler handles are held on by a hex head set screw. is this the case? and is the problem that the set screw keeps loosening up? if this is the case, then some locktite on the threads would probably do the trick. just make sure everything is nice and dry before you use it, and use plenty, make sure the set screw is nice and tight.
